Christmas Day

Today, the boys woke up to presents from Santa Claus under the tree. Rhett received a desk, metal detector, razor scooter, clothes, and Planet Earth videos. Avery received a castle, puzzles, razor scooter, clothes, and the movie "Up." Cal received a busy box, cars, a train, and blanket. During the day, the boys played with their new toys. In the evening, my mom, dad, Grandma Smith, Scott, Rylie, Berkley, and Bailey (their Christmas puppy) all came over and had a Christmas dinner. Jenny prepared a FABULOUS meal consisting of corn, green beans, potato casserole, broccoli salad, lava cakes, rolls, fruit salad, and ham to die for!!! All in all, it as a good day.

Waiting for Santa

On Thursday, Christmas Eve, the boys hung out around the house and played computer games, listened to music, and watched some videos. In the evening, we all went to our church for the Christmas service, then returned home and put cookies, oranges, popcorn, and milk out for Santa.

More Snow Fun

Today, Jenny, Cal, and I ran some Christmas errands while Rhett and Avery were still at mom and dad's. After bringing Rhett and Avery home, I forced Jenny to come out and enjoy the snow with the boys and I.

A Visit from the Cousins

Today, Uncle Scott, Rylie, Berkley, and Piper came over after church. We ate pizza, played around the house, and had a good time. After Uncle Scott and the girls left, the boys and Piper watched Pinnochio, then Rhett and Piper went outside to play in the snow. They went sledding and built a snowman before coming inside to enjoy some hot chocolate. Tonight, Rhett, Avery, and Piper are going to bake cookies and spend the night at Grandma and Grandpa Berryman's.

Grandma Mary Spends the Night

On Saturday, December 12th, Grandma Mary drove down from Ft. Wayne and spent the night with the boys while Jenny and I joined our small group for another "dirty" bingo outing. The boys enjoyed Grandma Mary's visit and they made some snacks and built a gingerbread house.

Chillin' Around the House

The last couple of weeks, we have been hanging around the house, playing with mommy and daddy's IPhones, listening to music and dancing, and getting ready for Christmas.

Sleep Over!

Last night, after the Thanksgiving festivities, Uncle Scott, Rylie, Berkley, and Piper spent the night. The kids watched Dumbo, then went to bed. When they woke up in the morning, they had a dance party, and helped Aunt Jenny decorate our living room "Charlie Brown" Christmas tree.
