Early Father's Day

On May 27th, Jenny had our friends (The Harsh's) come over for dinner. While at practice, Matt was nice enough to put my early Father's Day present together for me. When I cam e home, I was shocked to see a double grill sitting on our deck...1 side a gas grill, the other a charcoal smoker with a side burner. NICE!!!! Thanks to Matt for putting it together and thanks to Jenny for buying the perfect Father's Day gift. I love you!!!!

Camping with the Cousins

On May 16th, we joined Uncle Scott and Rylie and Berkley at Mississinewa State Park for some camping fun. The kids hiked on some trails, ate burgers and hot dogs, and danced around the fire. Rhett broke out the air guitar again, it seems to be his go to move on the dance floor.

Playing In The Drive - May 15th

As dad came home from practice on Friday, May 15th, the boys were out in the drive playing. Rhett and Avery were riding bikes, playing ball, etc. Cal was chilling in the red wagon. Not sure what avery was thinking while on his big wheel, but one thing was for sure, he was in his own world...like usual!

Rhett's Preschool Graduation- May 9th

On May 9th, Rhett graduated from 2 years of preschool at Chapel Hill Church. We are proud of the growth he has made...from an undisciplined energetic boy to a more disciplined energetic boy!

These pics are an accumulation of photo opportunities over the past 2 weeks. They range from Rhett's opening day for tee-ball, a family walk and bike ride, Cal completing his household chores (laundry and dishes), Rhett hunting, and Rhett and Avery loving on each other. Enjoy.

Jenny Runs the Mini-Marathon on May 2nd!!!

Yesterday, Jenny ran the Mini-Marathon in Indy with her friend, Amy Kretz. They ran the entire way, finishing at 2:19:47. Both worked hard and trained thoroughly for the event. I am proud of Jenny for her accomplishment and her commitment to her training!

The Last 2 Days

Yesterday, we drove to Indianapolis and went to see an IMAX movie called "Under the Sea." It was 3D and Rhett loved it, Cal spit up all over Jenny, and Avery didn't want to wear the glasses. We then went shopping at Dick's so Jenny could pick out some Mini-Marathon clothes so she can feel comfortable??? I think she just wanted to spend money.

Today, Avery and Cal went to Grandma and Grandpa Berryman's to hang out this morning while Rhett went to baseball practice with me. Jenny ran 12 miles with Amy Kretz in their final "long" run before the Mini-Marathon on May 2nd. I went to scout a game in Lafayette, then worked in the yard with the kids while Jenny ran some last minute errands for Easter. Right now, the kids are making Easter Eggs.

Tomorrow, the Easter Bunny will show up, we will go to church, attend Easter festivities in Ft. Wayne with Jenny's family, then come home and get ready for the final stretch of school.
