SNOW DAY!!! NO SCHOOL!!!

Today, school was cancelled due to a Winter Storm Warning. We received approximately 5 inches of snow (with some more to come tonight). So, we vegged out around the house this morning and listened to some music while the boys had a dance party (as you can see, Cal was styling!). After their naps, we went sledding in the back yard with the Schoolman's. Karsyn and the boys had fun shredding the slopes. Afterwards, Rhett and I took a "nature walk" and snuck up on 3 deer in the woods...our pics didn't turn out well. Later, we went to the Schoolman's for pizza as the kids played. It was an eventful day and I am guessing we will be out of school again tomorrow due to some more accumulation of snow and high winds. We will see!

Miscellaneous Stuff

The past 6 weeks have been crazy. Jenny and I have gotten back into the swing of things at school, Rhett and Avery are both learning new things, and Cal is everywhere and using new words, like Daddy, Mommy, up, down, Elmo, football, cookie, and hot. We have been very busy. We have been to birthday parties, hung out with friends, family, the cousins, spent some time with Carlos, had the neighborhood over to go sledding, and hosted a pre-Super Bowl party. I have put together a few miscellaneous pics together...they are of our snow-filled backyard, and the kids just hanging out around the house and with the cousins.
