Since we last updated our blog, a lot of things have happened, or changed for us. First of all, we opened our home to Carlos, a Freshman at Northwestern. Carlos has been living with us for 6 weeks and things have been going well. The boys are embracing him as an older brother, and Carlos has been doing well at school. Also, Jenny and I attended the Kokomo Great Banquet, a religious retreat, and we brought God home with us and He is more invested in our family than before. Baseball season has begun, therefore Jenny and the boys are transitioning into not having me around as much as before...but things are going ass well as they could be. The weather has resembled Spring and we have gotten outside more than expected.
The pictures below are of my homeroom as we celebrate our Northwestern Middle School 2010 Winter Olympics Championship, a beautiful February morning with ice fog freezing on the trees,, Carlos and the boys playing computer games together, Rhett's temporary mohawk (this was done to scare Jenny...it worked!), and a picture of Rhett on our nature walk in the snow.
